2.    Registration

• Qualification
  • Teams with member(s) with records of cheating/hacking will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.
  • Clans/Guilds/Esport Organisations can have multiple teams participating in the tournament. These teams will need to have difference in team name (e.g. Wolf Esports Fire & Wolf Esports Ice)
  • Players can only be registered under 1 team.
  • 3 of the main team players must be from the qualifier country, however your 2 other main and 1 sub players can be from any SEA country. (E.G If your team is playing in the Cambodia Qualifier, there must at least be 3 Cambodian players always playing for all rounds. The other 2 players can be from any SEA country listed below.)

3.    Tournament Management

• Prior to tournament days
  • Captains to join the designated discord (https://discord.gg/wcC8UwcZAH)
  • Captains to change their discord name to Teamname.IGN (E.G, Firewolves.Jack02)
  • Captains will be assigned roles in discord according to country qualifier.

Tournament day

i.      Reporting

• Teams to report 60 minutes before the tournament start.
• Teams to standby 30 minutes before the start of their own game. Any teams that are absent without valid reason will be disqualified from the tournament.
• Participant details (Team, team members) and team match up will be announced on discord, for all participants and admins to monitor.

ii.  Match flow

• Captains to add your opponent captain when it’s your team’s turn to play.
• Captains will take turn to host the room and invite teams to the room.
• When both teams are present, captains will need to verify the team and team members. Any teams that have swapped in unregistered players will be disqualified.
• Captains will then follow the rules to proceed with ban pick procedure.
• There shall not be any observers during the match unless permitted.
• Room host to make sure everyone is ready, and count down from 10 at the chat box before starting the game.
• Captains to take a screenshot of match result and submit to discord as evidence after each match.
• Players are encouraged to record game or take screenshots as evidence for bug/cheat reporting.

  • Grand Final : Best of Five

5.    Rules and Regulation

a.      Tournament Rules

• 3rd party assistants and cheats
  • All software and hardware tools that alters the way the game is being played will not be allowed during the tournament. This includes but not limited to emulator, cheating software, keyboard mouse, gamepads and phone triggers.
  • Tablets such as iPad will not be allowed in the tournament.

• Player responsibility
  • Players are responsible for their own equipments.
  • Teams will be disqualified if they are not ready 10 minutes after the match time, due to personal reasons (lack of battery, unstable network etc).
  • The game will not be remade if individual players disconnect due to network instability.

b.     Game remake

• Game remakes will only happen in the following scenario. Teams will need to screenshot or record for proof.
  • Critical game bug leading to disadvantage to one team (movement, shooting mechanics not working as intended.
  • Observer bug which severely hinders the viewing experience (for streamed games only).

• IOS Crashing
  • In the event that IOS phones crash and cause the lobby to remake, teams will remake and re-enact score from previous game.
  • If the game crashes for the 3rd time, there will not be further remakes and game result will be based on the score as reflected before the crash happen.
  • In the event that there is a draw, game will be remade.

c.      Game Rules

  • The team that is on top/left of the bracket will get to choose team A or B.

*Maps that are banned in Round 1 can be picked again in Round 2 unless it is banned. This means all maps bans are resetted in every round.
